The belittled wee guy is belittling himself now
That smirk on his face tells me he’s up and not down
But look into they eyes and explore what he sees
He’s seeing his life more as some kind of disease.
He’s out in the sun but he don’t talk to no-one
It’s sunny he’s not smiling cause he sees fun as wrong
He’s got his shades on so the tears can’t be seen
He’s living a life which who knows where he’s been.
Is there a trick where he just flicks a switch
And doubts insecurities are gone
Is it so easy take a heart make a fix…
He needs to know where he’s come from.
He’s looking for a reason for being here
The questions all tangle and make nothing clear
Just look into they eyes and explore what he sees
He’s seeing his life more as some kind of disease.
