Where Am I In This

I’m having my planned cigarette for the night
I’m thinking of what I’ve done wrong and not right
There’s so many Pandora’s been too many mistakes
Make sure there’s no breaks.

I’m smoking alone I’ve got two in my pack
I’m staring so deep at the truth being not fact
I’m stuck in a time loop with all my mistakes
And what the truth makes.

There’s a wee lassie I know behaves in a strange way
Not changing the topic just wanted to say
She don’t stand to attention she will not obey…
Where am I in this?
She’s one of those women that men can’t ignore
They want conversation they want to explore
They’ll learn little bits and they’’ want to know more…
Where am I in this?

I try to look forward to see what’s ahead
But I get surrounded by fears and the dread
I try to convince that we all make mistakes
And the truth awakes.
