26 Dec 24 – 5 The Black And White Truth

Am I being judged cause I’m feeling I am
Culture being stuck in an endless demand
We’ve got the youth stating he she or it
Society defends so the craziness will fit.

Her eyes are burrowing into me again
She has a spirit that has never had a name
She’ll walk into a room and she takes it over
I don’t understand how she don’t have a lover.

It’s a dream of stupidity a hope with no hope
If feelings are facts then the facts cannot cope
The black and white truth is this all has to stop…
She is who she is and I’ll never want to change her
There is no part of me that would want to rearrange her…
It’s the black and white truth.

I stare from a distance that’s safe and secure
I look at a love that is beauty and pure
How do I tell her she may feel the same
I don’t have a choice but to play out love’s game.
